Client Service Manager (German Language Required)

THE ROLE

Using discretion and judgment, the Client Service Manager directs and performs new account onboarding and client service functions for a dedicated group of Institutional and Wholesale/Platforms clients, developing relationships and providing value-added services. Works with the Relationship Manager and other MFS teams to service clients and ensure effective communication. Acts as the primary liaison for administrative and operational matters, ensuring client needs are met in a timely, accurate, and compliant manner. Communicates daily with internal and external clients in an additional language relevant to the role's location. Serves as a key member of the Relationship Team for sophisticated Institutional, Wholesale clients, including Defined Benefit and Contribution Plans, Endowments/Foundations, Sovereign Wealth, Insurance, and Sub-Advisory plans, investing across various asset classes.


WHAT YOU WILL DO

Partner with Sales and Relationship Management during onboarding and serve as a main contact for clients and internal teams during transitions.

Support existing clients and onboarding of new accounts, resolving operational issues promptly.

Other responsibilities include collaborating across departments, maintaining accurate records, and supporting sales and client service activities.
