Reporting to: Senior Client Services Director
Location: London Euston (Hybrid, 2-3 days a week in the office)
Type of contract: Full-time, Permanent
Hours: Monday-Friday, 9-5, flexible
About the role
Rapid and large-scale growth in the demand for our services means that we are actively looking to expand our team. We are seeking a dynamic and passionate Client Services Director with 5+ years of hands‑on experience in Marketing Mix Modelling (MMM). This role combines strategic planning with proactive team management, ensuring that the data programme and team deliver high‑quality, efficient and effective data analytic services to our clients.
As such, the Client Services Director will manage the overall relationship with the client, covering areas as diverse as:
- Ensuring client projects are delivered on time and meet their expectations
- Resource planning to ensure that we have the right people, skills and processes in place to deliver
- Ensuring that the highest levels of technical and quality assurance are met
- Scoping new business opportunities and actively seeking areas to expand our service provision within the client
- Leading, mentoring and developing a team of analysts
Whilst most of the service delivery will be virtual, there may, on the odd occasion, be a requirement to travel internationally, but this would very much be the exception and not the norm.
Through many years of working with our clients, we have successfully aligned our analysis to their own internal technical modelling standards, creating solid foundations for comfortable future work. As such, the role places a heavy emphasis on technical delivery as well as the normal "insights" based delivery common to MMM Projects.
Candidate profile
Given the large scale of the projects, the right individual must be comfortable dealing with large-scale, high-profile client engagements. As such, they must have proven experience (5+ years) in a managerial role within the Marketing Mix Modelling industry and must be used to dealing with many stakeholders that often have competing agendas.
A confident communicator, the right individual will actively lead and mentor the team, managing the client's expectations to ensure we deliver to brief. The senior leadership team and operations department will be actively supporting throughout.
- Extensive client relationship and project management experience
- A background in Marketing Mix Modelling gained in a media agency/similar environment
- Excellent presentational skills and the ability to relate highly technical information to a non-technical audience
- Highly motivated, can take the initiative and will work with minimal supervision
- Desire to actively grow the client offering
- Team structuring and management: Align and lead the team by understanding needs, fostering collaboration, motivating members and supporting their growth
- Entrepreneurial flair and an eye for the development of new products/services/processes
- Team player with a willingness to develop strong relationships with clients
- P&L/Revenue management
About us
Adclaro is an established and fast-growing marketing effectiveness agency dedicated to providing best-in-class marketing mix modelling (MMM) services to a range of high-profile brands. Our work helps brands truly understand their media and marketing performance in terms of what has worked in the past, and indeed what is likely to work better in the future.
Unlike other agencies in our sector, we work with our clients in a variety of different ways, ranging from the more traditional "outsource" based engagement common in our sector to semi-in-house and indeed fully in-house solutions, dependent on need. These arrangements give us a unique insight into how our clients operate and help us remain close to our clients' needs and maintain relationships for long periods of time.
We are a completely independent and owner-managed agency, we place a strong emphasis on openness and transparency when it comes to our services and work closely with our clients to both verify and embed the results of our work. We learn, develop and succeed together, fostering an ego-free and positive company culture, to ensure we can achieve business goals and personal dreams at the same time. We pride ourselves on the quality of our work, opening it up to independent 3rd party scrutiny via our ISO 9001 and 27001 Quality Assurance Accreditation.
We also place a strong emphasis on technical development, with around a quarter of our business dedicated to technical development and process improvement. We are constantly striving to improve the efficiency and technical capability of our modelling processes, enabling us to deliver best-in-class analytics to our clients.
