Misdiagnosis & delayed diagnosis claims Birth injury and surgical error matters (e.g. cerebral palsy) Inquests and fatal accident claims Complex medical cases with real human impact Representing medical professionals in front of their regulatory bodies Product liability / medical device liability General advisory
