Job Description:

Medacy is looking to recruit clinical pharmacists to support practices whilst working from home.

This is a permanent opportunity, and we are not seeking locum engagements.

Opportunities are available in SystmOne and Emis practices.

The role involves being an active part of the practice's multidisciplinary team.

The ideal candidate will have:

• Independent Prescriber Status
• At least three years of post-graduate experience
• Excellent clinical knowledge
• A commitment to continuous learning and development
• The confidence to work in a busy GP practice
• The ability to communicate effectively with patients and healthcare professionals
• Minimum of 15 hours per week

Responsibilities and Duties

• Complete medication reviews
• Provide care home support
• Serve as the primary contact for medication-related inquiries in practice

Qualifications and Skills

• Ability to adapt communication style for healthcare professionals and challenging patients
• Registered with the General Pharmaceutical Council
• Personal Professional Indemnity Insurance
• Commitment to CPD
• Clinical Diploma (beneficial but not essential)
