About the Role

We are a leading provider of digital mental health services, working across private and NHS pathways to deliver high-quality, patient-centred care. Our mission is to make mental healthcare more accessible and effective through innovation and technology.

We’re looking for an experienced Pharmacist Independent Prescriber with expertise in ADHD to join our growing multidisciplinary team. You’ll be responsible for the assessment, prescribing, and management of treatment plans for adult ADHD patients — working in a fully remote setting supported by a clinical team and robust digital infrastructure.

Key Responsibilities

  • Provide safe, evidence-based prescribing for adults with ADHD in accordance with NICE guidelines and internal clinical protocols.
  • Manage a defined caseload during the titration and ongoing treatment phases.
  • Complete End of Titration Reviews (EOTRs) and conduct annual medication reviews.
  • Respond to patient queries through secure digital communication systems.
  • Use your autonomous prescribing rights to initiate and adjust treatment plans, escalating complex cases when appropriate.
  • Perform risk assessments and escalate safeguarding concerns when needed.
  • Maintain clear, accurate, and confidential clinical documentation using digital systems.
  • Contribute to service audits, clinical governance, and pathway development initiatives.
  • Participate in regular clinical supervision and team meetings to support continuous improvement.

Requirements

Essential Qualifications & Experience

  • GPhC registered pharmacist with a Non-Medical Prescribing qualification (Independent Prescribing).
  • At least 1 year of post-prescribing experience within an ADHD service (NHS or private).
  • Demonstrated experience in the initiation, titration, and long-term management of ADHD medications.
  • Additional training in mental health or neurodevelopmental disorders.
  • Previous experience in ADHD-specific services.
  • Knowledge of stimulant and non-stimulant ADHD medication management.
  • Understanding of clinical governance and quality improvement processes.
  • Comfortable working in a digital, fast-paced healthcare environment.
  • Awareness of safeguarding and risk management in remote care.
  • Experience using digital health platforms for patient care and documentation.

  • Comprehensive onboarding and ongoing clinical supervision.
  • A chance to shape the future of digital mental health services in the UK.
