Are you passionate about delivering high-quality clinical support while empowering both patients and healthcare providers? We’re seeking an experienced Clinical Support Specialist to support therapy delivery and product implementation for a growing portfolio of pain management technologies.
This remote role offers the opportunity to work across diverse clinical settings, supporting patients, clinicians, and partners before, during, and after procedures.
What You’ll Do:
- Evaluate patient cases to identify appropriate therapeutic approaches and product usage plans
- Support clinicians and patients with tailored therapy recommendations and documentation packages
- Deliver and guide programming sessions post-procedure in clinics, hospitals, or virtually
- Educate patients, caregivers, and healthcare teams on safe and effective device usage
- Maintain accurate and up-to-date records of therapy sessions and clinical progress
- Liaise with clinical and commercial teams to address any issues, share feedback, and enhance service delivery
- Collaborate on territory planning and support account strategy alongside the business team
Your Background:
- Bachelor’s degree in business, life sciences, healthcare, or a related field
- Strong clinical knowledge of pain management methods and device-based therapy
- Confident in patient education, device programming, and post-operative support
- Organised, proactive, and comfortable working independently in a remote, cross-cultural setting
