Overview

A Cluster Manager is wanted on a permanent basis by a global client who are at the forefront of their industry. The successful candidate will ensure operational management to employees across four sites (including Aldermaston, Walton, Hallen and Redcliffe Bay). This is a permanent opportunity with a base salary of circa £65,000 plus a 10% bonus, a company car, and other benefits. Location: South West – South East with travel to sites (hybrid working).

Responsibilities

• Provide strong leadership to the operations team and oversee continuous development of the Regional Cluster Operations team and assets in line with the organisation\'s values & strategic model.
• Work with, and support other departments to maximise asset availability and minimise downtime without compromising safety, legislative or corporate, and/or regional inspection and/or repair requirements.
• Produce & implement operational processes, procedures, and working practices in line with corporate objectives, manuals, and goals.

Qualifications & Skills

• Health and Safety qualification at certificate level
• Full driving license
• Significant experience on a COMAH site
• Management of Operational/Maintenance staff
