The Role

We are now seeking a Cluster Revenue Manager to lead revenue strategy across a cluster of properties and drive performance to new heights.

  • Optimise performance across multiple properties, ensuring revenue streams are maximised and targets consistently met and exceeded.
  • Outperform competitors by harnessing market intelligence and leveraging data-driven decisions.
  • Collaborate with hotel General Managers, Sales & Marketing, and Operations teams to align strategies and deliver commercial success.
  • Communicate effectively, ensuring clarity and influence at every level – from peers to senior stakeholders.

About You

We’re looking for someone with a strong blend of analytical ability, commercial acumen, and people skills. To thrive in this role, you’ll need to bring:

  • Strong analytical skills, able to translate insight into action to maximise performance.
  • At least 2 years’ experience in a similar multi-property or cluster revenue management role.
  • Proven success in delivering and surpassing revenue targets.
  • Strategic and commercial drive – always looking for opportunities to grow and innovate.
  • Tenacity and passion for revenue management and the boutique hotel sector.
  • Excellent communication and influencing skills, with the ability to bring others on the journey.
  • Experienced user of revenue management systems (RMS) and business analysis tools.
