Finding the humans behind AI since 2015: When Transformers were just robots in disguise

Are you an AI Engineer who’s helped build an early-stage startup from the ground up? Fancy the challenge of building something new, with full ownership of the technical roadmap? We’re on the hunt for a Co-Founder to join a super early-stage venture that’s bringing back the human touch to AI. Imagine conversational, agentic versions of celebrities and influencers, linked to the brands they endorse, engaging customers just as a real salesperson would.

About the team

They’re backed by one of Europe’s largest fellowships, have already built an MVP and are gearing up for a demo release. Although the core platform is language AI, you’ll also dive into video and speech processing. You’ll work alongside a founder who’s successfully launched and exited an AI startup before, plus you’ll have full support from the fellowship network.

What we’re looking for

• At least three years’ practical experience developing, training and deploying NLP models, including classical approaches such as BERT before the LLM era

• Experience with state of the art LLMs and model fine tuning (OpenAI GPT, Anthropic Claude, LLaMA and similar)

• Familiarity with vision models (AlexNet, ResNet, EfficientNet and the like)

• Solid skills in Python and SQL

• API development experience, ideally using FastAPI

• Comfort with cloud platforms (AWS or GCP)
