Tozers has a strong and effective corporate and commercial team servicing clients locally and nationally, and we are looking to recruit a Solicitor or FCILEx to join our team in Exeter. The successful applicant will play a role in servicing our existing client base while also contributing to further growth.

Tozers is Lexcel accredited and has systems reflecting that accreditation. We work alongside public and private management teams and have links with various professional groups.

What you’ll be doing

Undertaking all aspects of commercial and corporate law, with a focus on commercial contract work.

What we’re looking for

You should be comfortable working collaboratively and independently, always prioritizing client needs. Business development skills are also important.

What you’ll have

Between 4–6 years’ experience in commercial contracts, with expertise in drafting and negotiating IT contracts. Experience in contract management and procurement is advantageous. Strong communication skills and a passion for delivering professional, proactive client service are essential.
