About the Job

As a Commercial Finance Analyst you will provide commercial finance support for a range of products outside of our retailer business such as Data and Finance. You will work closely with partnerships and product teams, influencing them to execute their full‑year financial plan. You will lead the annual forecasting process, provide monthly and weekly insights into performance, and analyse large datasets to deliver insights, identify risks and opportunities, and influence stakeholders.

Responsibilities

  • Provide commercial finance support for products outside the retailer business.
  • Collaborate with partnerships and product teams to drive full‑year financial plans.
  • Lead the annual forecasting process for supported teams.
  • Deliver monthly and weekly performance insights.
  • Develop KPIs and lead performance discussions with internal and external stakeholders.
  • Conduct ad‑hoc analysis and monthly reviews of revenue and key metrics with the Business Insight and Reporting teams.
  • Analyse large datasets to identify risks, opportunities and influence commercial decisions.
  • Engage in a variety of projects across the company in a collaborative environment.

Qualifications

  • Part‑qualified accountant (CIMA/ACCA/ACA).
  • Experience in a commercially focused analyst role.
  • Strong interpersonal skills to build relationships and influence stakeholders.
  • Advanced Excel skills with data modelling experience.
  • Curious, with strong commercial awareness.
  • Proactive approach and problem‑solving mindset.
  • Ability to work autonomously.
  • Adaptiveness to change, ability to meet deadlines and deliver ongoing projects.

Benefits

Salaray of £35,000–£42,500 plus an additional 10% of your salary awarded in shares each year, vesting over three years.
