Refreshing are partnering a global services firm to find an experienced Interim Commercial Finance Director for a 12‑month contract. Immediate availability is required.

This dynamic, high‑impact role will own the commercial finance and growth of a key part of their business. You will act as a vital link between the finance team and operations, providing insight, assistance, and analysis across the company. You will work with large volumes of data and must be ready to engage with detail while operating at senior levels and building strong relationships with senior leaders in the UK and beyond.

Key qualifications:

• Experience in a global business, especially the US.
• Experience working with a reward‑driven sales team.
• Background in a recruitment or executive search company is ideal, though other industries are considered.
