Role and location

Commercial Finance Manager | Expanding F&B Brand — Central London | Hybrid

The role

• Act as a true business partner to Operations and venue partners, delivering clear, fact based analysis and recommendations to improve the Restaurant Economic Model and drive growth.
• Support top end management, finance and the International leadership team across the annual operating plan, periodic forecasts, long range planning, sensitivity analysis and strategic initiatives including new market development.
• Build and maintain BI and reporting that gives leaders actionable insight, working closely with Ops.
• Prepare decision support for senior management on brand operations, financial outlook and growth opportunities.
• Lead operational analyses across unit development, sales performance, food and labour costs, controllable spend and market ROI.
• Model new market entries with a focus on European unit and market economics.
• Create and deliver presentations on actuals and forward projections for internal and external audiences.
• Continually improve finance infrastructure, reporting quality and planning cadence.

About you

• Bachelor’s degree in finance, accounting, economics or related field.
• Qualified accountant, CIMA or ACCA.
• 3 to 5 years of experience in FP&A or commercial finance, ideally in restaurant, QSR or multi site retail.
• Strong grasp of budgeting, forecasting and accounting principles.
• Advanced Excel, confident with PowerPoint and Word.
• International mindset and comfortable working across markets and stakeholders.
• Clear communicator who can turn data into action.
