Trinity House Group are delighted to be working with this market leading innovative business, as we support them in the recruitment of Commercial Finance Manager, based in Milton Keynes. The business is going through a period of transformation, and as such we require a candidate who thrives in a growing, fast-paced environment.

We are seeking an accomplished professional to collaborate with Regional Site Managers, to provide analytical business support and insights and to optimise financial growth. You will drive profitability, whilst supporting strategic decision-making.

The Job:

You will be an ambitious, established commercial accountant, with proven experience of building strong relationships within the non-financial stakeholders to take a joined up, proactive approach.

• Deliver insightful financial analysis and forecasting to inform key business decisions.
• Identify risks and opportunities, driving proactive solutions to enhance financial performance.
• Develop and maintain strong relationships across departments.
• Prepare and present high-quality financial reports.
• Support the implementation of new processes to improve financial efficiency and reporting accuracy.
• Cost analysis to identify key variances and trends.

Requirements:

• Proven track record in a similar role within a fast-paced environment, ideally within manufacturing.
• Excellent analytical, problem-solving, and strategic-thinking skills.
• Strong communication and influencing abilities, with the confidence to make commercial finance suggestions.
• Resilient self-starter who identifies problems and implements solutions.
• Excellent level of accuracy and attention to detail with a methodical approach.

In Return:

• Salary up to £70,000
• Discretionary Bonus

• Hybrid working - 4 days in the Milton Keynes Head Office, 1 day working from home
