In this role, you will support the Head of Commercial to retain existing business and secure new contracts through competitive and commercially sound pricing strategies. You’ll collaborate closely with the Bid team and various business functions to develop innovative pricing solutions, challenge assumptions, and deliver insights that influence key decision-making.Key ResponsibilitiesDevelop commercially viable pricing models in line with client RFPs and risk profiles.Lead pricing on mid-sized bids and support on larger, complex opportunities.Review and negotiate subcontractor pricing, ensuring alignment and value for money.Collaborate with cross-functional teams to build competitive and compliant proposals.Use financial modelling and scenario planning to inform strategic pricing decisions.Maintain and manage internal and external benchmarking data.Facilitate smooth transitions from bid phase to account delivery, sharing knowledge and insights.Represent organisational values, maintain documentation to required standards, and stay up to date with industry best practices.About YouYou’ll bring:Proven experience in commercial pricing, ideally within FM or a similar environment.Strong knowledge of commercial models and pricing strategy.Advanced Excel skills, including financial modellingExcellent negotiation and stakeholder engagement abilities.Strong analytical thinking and the ability to work independently.A relevant degree or Higher National DiplomaFamiliarity with FM standardsKnowledge of Microsoft Project, Visio, and SharePoint.Exposure to procurement systems and contract law.Professional membership or multilingual capabilities.Enjoy the flexibility of hybrid working, a supportive culture, and the opportunity to contribute to meaningful, high-impact projects.Seniority levelAssociateEmployment typeFull-timeJob functionFinanceIndustriesFacilities Services and Outsourcing and Offshoring Consulting #J-18808-Ljbffr
