• This position has become available due to growth. My client has excellent staff retention and is seeking a commercial gas engineer to join their established team.
• Based from home and working on a mobile basis (generally covering up to 1 hour/30 minutes from home), you will be responsible for maintenance and repair of various commercial gas appliances.
• You will carry out PPM schedules and meet KPI targets on commercial sites.
• 24-hour rota for emergency call-outs with standby allowance paid; overtime rates apply (1 in 6/7), with a minimum of 4 or 8 hours paid at overtime rates.
• Plenty of overtime available, along with future prospects and training opportunities for OFTEC/LPG/COMCAT certifications.
• Reputable and well-established building services company specializing in M&E engineering, including commercial gas and HVAC maintenance.

• Responsible for maintenance and repair of appliances such as commercial boilers, burners, oil systems, chillers, and air conditioning units.

CANDIDATE REQUIREMENTS: Commercial Gas Engineer

• Recognized industry qualifications, including Gas Safe/ACS certification for commercial gas.
• Strong customer service skills, well-presented, and articulate.
• Ability to diagnose and repair faults on commercial gas appliances.
• Experience working on commercial gas maintenance contracts is advantageous.
