This opportunity sits within a dynamic litigation team known for tackling complex commercial and insolvency disputes with a hands‑on, strategic approach. You'll handle a varied caseload involving breach of contract, fraud, misrepresentation, shareholder and director disputes, and contentious insolvency claims such as misfeasance, preferences, and transactions at undervalue.

The Candidate & Benefits
