OverviewA leading multi-jurisdictional offshore law firm is looking for a commercial litigation lawyer to join its Cayman Islands Dispute Resolution team. The workload is high-value, varied, and technically complex.Work closely with leading Partners in the offshore world and rapidly build your contact book.Handle a range of disputes, including contractual, shareholder or joint venture disputes, contentious insolvency, fraud and asset tracing, and specialist banking and financial services litigation.Demonstrate aptitude in both legal work and client management/development.RequirementsOverseas qualified lawyers must be admitted (Barrister or Solicitor) in the UK or an equivalent Commonwealth jurisdiction (such as Australia, New Zealand or Canada).Likely to suit someone with 3-6 years’ PQE (minimum 3 years’ PQE required for work permit).Experience of high-value commercial disputes is essential.
