Location: Manchester | Salary: up to £110,000 | Work Pattern: Hybrid | Reports to: Partner

A leading commercial litigation team in the Northwest is seeking to appoint a talented Senior Associate / Principal Associate to join its Manchester office.

Working alongside a highly regarded Partner, you will advise a diverse client base ranging from household names and international corporations to innovative start‑ups and established national brands.

Responsibilities

You will handle a broad spectrum of high‑profile litigation matters, including:

• Complex breaches of contract, warranty, and indemnity disputes
• Director and shareholder disputes
• Procurement litigation and supply chain breakdowns
• Specialist disputes in technology and fintech sectors

Candidate Profile

Applications are welcomed from solicitors with 4 PQE+, gained at either a boutique firm or a large national practice. You should demonstrate:

• Strong academic background and technical expertise in litigation
• Proven experience advising corporate and commercial clients
• A creative, solutions‑focused approach to problem‑solving
• Ambition to contribute to the growth of a market‑leading team
