Are you a Quantity Surveyor or Commercial Manager with NEC contracts experience, interested in opportunities working on the UK's largest Infrastructure Project? Butler Ross is currently recruiting for multiple Commercial Managers / Quantity Surveyors across various teams aligned with their London projects.

This is a hybrid working position, with 2 days working from home and 3 days from your choice of site/office in London. The salary ranges from £60,000 to £74,000 depending on experience.

Key Responsibilities

As Commercial Manager, you'll be instrumental in the post-contract commercial delivery of major, high-value NEC civils packages. Your responsibilities will include:

• Compensation events
• Applications for payment
• Dispute resolution
• Commercial reporting

This is a hands-on role with real influence, offering opportunities to progress internally and support other areas of the project.

Ideal Experience

• Experience with NEC3 / NEC4 contracts
• Post-contract administration experience (advantageous but not essential)
• Experience in infrastructure, rail, highways, utilities, civil engineering, or similar projects
• Strong experience with Contract Management, including use of CMS (such as CEMAR)
