We’re working with a fast-growing renewable energy developer delivering a portfolio of grid-scale battery storage, flexible generation, and future-focused technologies including pumped hydro and hydrogen. Backed by institutional investors and actively scaling, they’re now looking for a Commercial Manager to take ownership of commercial delivery across multiple UK infrastructure projects.

What You’ll Be Doing

• Own commercial management across utility-scale energy projects (BESS, flexible generation, and more)
• Lead cost planning, procurement strategies, and contract negotiation (NEC3/4)
• Support commercial input into investment appraisals and project financing
• Work closely with project, finance, engineering, and delivery teams to align goals
• Help scale the internal commercial team and mentor junior staff as needed

What We're Looking For

• 5+ years of experience in Quantity Surveying or commercial roles, with some leadership responsibility
• Strong background in infrastructure, energy, or large-scale construction
• In-depth knowledge of NEC contracts and full project life cycle delivery
• Strategic mindset, with a hands-on approach when required
• Degree-qualified in Quantity Surveying or related discipline
• UK right to work and driving licence (occasional site visits)
