A mobile-first digital lender is hiring a Commercial Manager to help shape and deliver their lifecycle growth strategy across a portfolio of innovative payment products. This is a high-visibility, commercially focused role at the intersection of product, data, and customer experience. You'll own and execute initiatives that drive usage and engagement across instalment plans, Buy Now Pay Later, and balance transfer journeys—bringing strategic thinking, strong analytical skills, and a hands-on approach to campaign design and delivery.

Key Responsibilities:

• Develop and execute lifecycle campaigns across multiple payment products
• Use customer insights and performance data to shape commercial strategy
• Optimise pricing, profitability, and campaign performance through data-led decision-making
• Identify commercial opportunities across customer journeys and touchpoints
• Act as the commercial lead across key cross-functional projects (product, tech, CRM, analytics)
• Embed test-and-learn methodologies to drive continuous improvement
• Influence internal stakeholders and contribute to a culture of experimentation and customer value

What They’re Looking For:

• Strong experience in lifecycle marketing or commercial strategy within consumer finance or credit
• Confident working with data to inform decisions and improve performance
• Experience with instalment plans, balance transfers, or related financial products is highly desirable
• Comfortable working across product, tech, and analytics teams to deliver results
• Strong communication skills with the ability to influence and present to senior stakeholders
• Ambitious and commercially minded, with the potential to step into a leadership role over time
