Commercial Property Associate Solicitor (4-7 years PQE)

We’ve grown rapidly and secured private‑equity backing from LDC to fuel our next phase of expansion. We’re a remote‑first, no‑ego team of 140+ people. We’re hiring associates with 4‑7 years’ PQE across our growing commercial property practice area.

You’ll become part of a growing team that’s collaborative and supportive. The team handles a high volume of lease work, sales, and acquisitions, so there’s plenty of variety and exposure to interesting, hands‑on matters.

What we are looking for

This opportunity is suited to a commercial property solicitor (4‑7 years PQE) with experience of handling a broad range of commercial property transactions including:

  • Acting for both landlords and tenants in Landlord and Tenant matters
  • Providing corporate support on real‑estate aspects of transactions
  • Managing property refinancing work
  • Building strong relationships and delivering practical advice
  • Being ambitious, commercially minded and eager to take the next step
  • Being tech‑savvy self‑starter who thrives in a fast‑paced, modern work environment

Key responsibilities

• Handle lease negotiations, renewals, and acquisitions across a high‑volume portfolio.

• Draft and review transaction documents, ensuring accuracy and compliance.

• Liaise with clients, stakeholders, and internal teams to provide timely, practical legal advice.
