Property Manager turned Property Recruiter | Helping Business' tackle the industry shortage of hiring Property Professionals

An exciting opportunity has arisen to join a long-established firm of Chartered Surveyors and property consultants. Highly respected for their local knowledge and expertise, this team is at the forefront of activity across the London–Stansted–Cambridge corridor, delivering high-profile projects across industrial, office, residential, retail and leisure sectors.

This is a Commercial Property & Asset Management role, managing a mixed-use commercial portfolio for a diverse client base. You’ll be given autonomy to manage your own instructions while working within a collaborative, expanding team that values innovation, professional growth, and honest advice.

The role will involve:

• Day-to-day management of a varied commercial portfolio.
• Acting as the first point of contact for clients, occupiers, and contractors.
• Preparing and managing service charge budgets.
• Conducting property inspections and resolving issues proactively.
• Supporting and mentoring junior team members.
• Assisting senior colleagues in business development and pitches.
• Identifying opportunities to add value and support wider services.

About you:

• MRICS qualified (or working towards qualification).
• Solid experience in commercial property management.
• Strong communicator with proven relationship-building skills.
• Proactive problem-solver with a client-focused approach.
• Comfortable using property management systems and reporting tools.
• Full UK driving license.
• Enthusiastic, team-minded and eager to take ownership of your portfolio.

This is a management-focused position with opportunities to broaden into asset management.
