A fantastic opportunity has arisen for a Property Solicitor to join a boutique firm with a strong reputation in both Commercial and Residential Property law. The firm offers high-quality work with direct client exposure, within a supportive and close-knit team environment.

The firm is based in modern, spacious offices in with excellent transport links and prides itself on delivering a high standard of client service while maintaining a collaborative culture.

The Role

The successful candidate will be a solicitor with a minimum of 2 years’ property law experience. Ideally, you will have a mix of both Commercial and Residential Property expertise, but applications will also be considered from those with a strong background in Commercial Property alone. The firm has excellent clients including lenders, property developers, property owners, some corporates and prestige banks. Most of their works is gained from referrals from banks and top clients who have been successfully working with the firm for many years.

Commercial Property work will include:

• Drafting and negotiating commercial leases (Landlord & Tenant)
• Commercial sales and purchases
• Development matters
• Secured lending (no exp necessary as you will be trained)

Requirements

• Min 2 yrs or more property law experience (Commercial/or a mix of Commercial & Residential matters)
• Strong technical skills and excellent attention to detail
• Organised, diligent, and able to manage your own caseload
• Effective communicator and strong team player
• Proactive, motivated, and able to work under pressure
