Assisting with the preparation, drafting, and review of leases, licenses, and other property-related legal documents.
Supporting the preparation of legal documentation for property acquisitions, sales, and financing transactions.
Monitoring deadlines and ensuring compliance with transaction timelines and legal requirements.
Experience working in a commercial property department
