Commercial Property Solicitor – Northamptonshire

Oculus Legal Group is working in close partnership with a Legal 500 ranked practice in Northamptonshire who are looking for a Solicitor to join their Highly ranked Commercial Property Practice.

The role:

You will have the opportunity to work on a range of property matters, including but not limited to:

• Leases and freehold properties.
• Development land.
• Agricultural property.
• Acting for SIPPS/SASSs, corporates, individuals
• Dealing with commercial lenders.
• Option agreements, promotion, and overage.

You will be:

• UK Qualified Solicitor (0 – 3PQE)
• Strong knowledge in Commercial Property Law, or at least 1 seat at training contract.
• Possess the ability to work independently and as part of a team.
