Commercial Property Partner – West Midlands (Hybrid) Base pay: £100k–£200k, hybrid working 3 days in office, 2 days remote. Responsibilities
Act for investors, developers, landlords and occupiers on commercial acquisitions, disposals and portfolio management. Lead on lease negotiations, development agreements and strategic land deals. Manage and grow key client relationships with commercial awareness and autonomy. Coach and develop associates to deliver consistent, technically excellent client service.
Qualifications
10+ years post‑qualification (PQE) as a Commercial Property Solicitor / Partner / Legal Executive. Demonstrable track record of handling complex transactions and leading client relationships. Commercially minded, pragmatic and confident at partner level. Strong leadership qualities with a focus on mentoring and growth. A referral or networked background is advantageous but not essential.
