Commercial Property Solicitor / Associate — Northamptonshire. A well-established regional law firm is seeking a talented solicitor to join their busy and supportive team. This role offers quality work, autonomy, and the flexibility of hybrid working. Salary up to £60,000 (DOE). Working arrangement: Flexible hybrid.

Responsibilities

• Manage your own caseload of high-quality commercial property matters, including acquisitions and disposals, refinancing transactions, development and option agreements, and drafting, reviewing and negotiating a variety of documentation.
• Advise a wide client base, from owner-managed businesses to larger corporates.
• Collaborate closely with colleagues across corporate, litigation, and private client teams.

What you’ll do

• Handle a broad range of commercial property matters with appropriate support.

About You

• Qualified Solicitor or CILEX.
• Experience handling a broad range of commercial property matters.
• Confident managing own caseload with appropriate support.
• Commercially astute with strong relationship-building, drafting and negotiation skills.
