Overview

We are seeking an experienced Commercial Property Solicitor to join a Law Firm in London on a remote working basis. This is ideal for a self-motivated and highly competent legal professional with a strong background in commercial property transactions. You’ll be handling a varied caseload with a particular focus on retail properties, including shopping centers and dental practices. Occasional travel to the client’s office in Edgware (4–5 times per year) may be required.

Responsibilities

• Handle a varied caseload in commercial property transactions, with emphasis on retail properties, including shopping centres and dental practices.
• Support acquisitions and bridging loans.
• Provide timely and practical legal advice to clients.
• Collaborate with clients and internal teams to manage project timelines and deliverables.

Qualifications

• Qualified Solicitor in England & Wales with a minimum of 4 years’ PQE in commercial property law.
• Strong experience in general commercial property matters.
• Proven experience handling acquisitions and bridging loans.
