About the Role

A leading international practice with a strong presence in Cardiff is looking for a Commercial Property Solicitor (NQ-Associate) to join its highly regarded real estate team. The firm is well known for handling high-value and complex transactions, acting for a wide range of major corporate clients, investors, developers, and public sector bodies. You will be part of a collaborative and ambitious team that prides itself on delivering top-quality legal advice and innovative solutions.

This is an excellent opportunity to take ownership of a varied caseload while working closely with partners recognised in the legal directories for their expertise.

Responsibilities

  • Handling a broad range of commercial property matters including acquisitions, disposals, developments, and landlord and tenant work.
  • Advising clients on high-value real estate transactions and investment matters.
  • Drafting and negotiating leases, agreements, and property-related contracts.
  • Working closely with clients to build and maintain strong commercial relationships.
  • Supporting business development activities to grow the department’s profile.

Qualifications

  • Be a qualified Solicitor with NQ to Associate in Commercial Property.
  • Have experience handling a range of commercial real estate transactions.
  • Possess strong technical knowledge and excellent drafting skills.
  • Demonstrate strong communication and client-facing ability.
  • Be ambitious, with a proactive approach to building your career.
