My client has departments in residential and commercial property, litigation, family, and corporate law, with a property team consisting of 12 solicitors. Position Overview My client is seeking an experienced commercial property solicitor of 5PQE+, with experience working on a variety of property matters, including acquisitions, disposals, development, and landlord and tenant. The candidate will run their own matters with support from the team of secretaries, as well as provide supervision to junior members of the team. Key Responsibilities
Manage a varied caseload of commercial property matters. Provide expert legal advice and representation to clients. Prepare and draft legal documents. Build and maintain strong client relationships, providing timely updates and strategic advice. Collaborate with colleagues across various practice areas to deliver comprehensive legal services. Contribute to business development initiatives, including networking and marketing efforts to enhance the firm’s profile in the property sector.
Qualifications + Experience
At least 5 years PQE Qualified Solicitor within commercial property. Strong knowledge of relevant laws and regulations. Excellent analytical, negotiation, and communication skills. Proven ability to manage a diverse caseload effectively and efficiently. Demonstrated client-focused approach with a strong commitment to achieving the best outcomes for clients.
