The Role

As a Commercial Property Solicitor, you will manage a varied caseload of high-quality commercial property matters, advising a diverse client base across sectors such as real estate, development, retail, and investment. You will have the opportunity to work autonomously while being part of a collaborative team that values knowledge sharing and mutual support.

Key Responsibilities

  • Handling a broad range of commercial property transactions, including acquisitions, disposals, leases, landlord and tenant matters, and property finance.
  • Advising clients on development projects, investment portfolios, and corporate support property matters.
  • Building and maintaining strong client relationships, ensuring excellent service and commercial advice.
  • Collaborating with colleagues across departments to provide joined-up client solutions.
  • Contributing to business development initiatives and supporting the firm’s continued growth.

About You

  • Qualified Solicitor with 2+ PQE in commercial property law.
  • Strong technical knowledge of commercial property transactions.
  • Excellent communication and client relationship skills.
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a collaborative team.
  • Commercially minded, with a proactive approach to client development.
