The Role As a Commercial Property Solicitor / Conveyancer, your work will cover:

Commercial and Agricultural Conveyancing Landlord and Tenant matters (both commercial and residential) Residential conveyancing for long-standing clients Development acquisition and plot sales Option, overage, and promotion agreements Liaising with other property professionals, including estate agents and accountants

Qualifications

Previous PQE in commercial and agricultural property law Strong knowledge across all aspects of property law The ability to manage and progress a varied caseload confidently Experience with commercial and agricultural transactions and associated documents A detail-oriented, motivated, and dependable approach
