The Role

Commercial real estate lawyer joining a specialist team advising across sectors including retail, food & drink, leisure & tourism, healthcare and professional services. You will handle your own caseload, covering landlord & tenant matters (leases, licences, assignments, surrenders), sales & purchases (owner-occupied and investment) and secured lending / sale & leaseback transactions. You will also be involved in business development to help grow the practice and connect with the wider market.

Responsibilities

• Manage your own matters end-to-end.
• Handle landlord & tenant work (leases, licences, assignments, surrenders).
• Undertake sales & purchases (owner-occupied and investment).
• Deal with secured lending and sale & leaseback transactions.
• Contribute to business development and market engagement.

Required Qualifications

• Qualified Solicitor or Chartered Legal Executive with at least 2 years' PQE in commercial property.
• Ability to own matters end-to-end with strong client care and communication.
• Commercial awareness and polished communication skills.
• Collaborative mindset with the ability to manage deadlines under pressure.
