About Us Shoredons & Co Legal is a fully remote law firm, offering a range of corporate, commercial, data protection, employment, and commercial property law services. Role Description The successful candidate will join us as a consultant, and will be responsible for picking up a broad range of commercial law enquiries, converting them to clients and delivering the work. Workload will be broad, but would typically include advising on:

Standard Terms and Conditions. Supply Contracts. Procurement Contracts. Agency and Distribution Agreements. Referral Agreements. SaaS Agreements. And much more.

A solicitor with a following would be preferred, but it\'s not essential. Requirements The successful candidate must:

Have at least 6 years PQE as an English qualified commercial law solicitor. Have the ability to advise on data protection issues arising from commercial contracts. Be friendly, responsive, proactive and approachable. Have high standards and great attention to detail. Not have been subject to any client claims or complaints in relation to their work. Have strong analytical, communication, and negotiation skills. Be able to work independently and remotely.

Remuneration The successful candidate will be paid:

50% of all fees paid by clients of the firm, for services delivered by the consultant; 75% of all fees paid by clients brought in by the consultant, for services delivered by the consultant; and A referral fee of 10% of all fees paid by clients brought in by the consultant, for services delivered by other solicitors of the firm.
