Responsibilities

You will advise a diverse range of clients, both private and public sector, across various industries such as transport, utilities and industrial engineering. You will handle a wide spectrum of matters, from day‑to‑day contractual issues to high‑value multinational projects, contributing to and supporting the firm’s continued growth and client service excellence.

Qualifications

• 2-6 years PQE in commercial law, with a solid foundation in various types of contracts.
• Strong technical and drafting skills, with attention to detail.
• Good understanding of legal, commercial and operational issues impacting clients’ contracts.
• Excellent analytical skills and the ability to work under tight deadlines while managing multiple matters.
• Effective communicator with the ability to build lasting client and internal relationships across sectors.
• A proactive team player with a client‑focused approach and business development skills.
• Open‑minded about background (private practice, in‑house, smaller firms). For senior applicants, ability to coach, supervise and mentor junior colleagues and participate actively in business development.
