Commercial and Technology Lawyer – Top 100 National Law Firm – Hybrid Working – Leeds

Associate level and above, 3+ years’ PQE

Salary: £72,000 to £85,000 plus exceptional benefits

You will handle a wide variety of stimulating commercial and tech work, much of it business critical, strategic or entirely novel.

The Role

You will have the opportunity to advise global brands on a range of matters, including:

• e business contracts
• commercial arrangements covering purchasing, production, marketing, selling, infrastructure and technology

The team partners closely with clients across several sectors, including automotive and mobility, logistics, retail and FMCG, tech and life sciences. The work is frequently international, and you will be involved with major FTSE 100 and FTSE 250 corporates from day one. There may also be opportunities to undertake an in‑house secondment with one of the firm’s valued clients. You will be encouraged to pursue your interests, build strong client relationships and gain first class experience.
