Job Description
The Sheltered Housing Team is seeking a full-time Community Independent Living Officer to join our team. The role requires flexibility in working hours, as it involves traveling between different Sheltered Housing schemes. We value enthusiasm, a positive attitude, the ability to work independently, plan ahead, and manage workloads to meet deadlines and achieve service outcomes. Attention to detail is essential.
Ideally, candidates will have experience and understanding of working in a housing and supportive environment, managing safeguarding issues, health and wellbeing concerns, conflict resolution, risk management, building management, Health and Safety, and inspection processes. Strong communication skills, both written and verbal, interpersonal skills, and proficiency in IT are also required.
