Overview

Senior Legal Counsel – Competition – Consultant position supporting Kingsley Green Private Client and Kingsley Green Global. This is a high-profile role at a fast-growing international business with a focus on competition law and regulatory issues. The role is broad, visible, and offers responsibility early, with potential to grow into a more senior position within 6–12 months.

The successful candidate will work in a fast-paced environment, providing technical excellence while adapting to evolving challenges and supporting senior leadership as the business grows ahead of IPO.

Responsibilities

• Provide expert competition law advice and support across the business.
• Assist senior leadership in shaping strategy and navigating regulatory issues.
• Support the company through a period of growth ahead of IPO.
• Collaborate with internal teams and external counsel as needed to manage complex competition matters.

Qualifications

• Approximately 5–8 years’ PQE in competition law; in-house experience preferred, but strong private practice candidates will be considered.
• Ability to operate pragmatically in a fast-paced environment; self-sufficient and proactive.
• Strong technical excellence with adaptability to handle complex challenges.
