Overview
Equans is looking for a Compliance Auditor to join our team on the HMCTS contract, covering sites across the North West of England. This is a permanent, full-time role (37.5 hours per week) from 08:30 to 17:00, Monday to Friday with a one hour unpaid lunch break. The role is based from home but involves 2 to 3 audits per month plus pre-auditing, equating to approximately 6 days of travel per month. What you will deliver
- Attend meetings with auditees to develop an understanding of business processes
- Travel to different sites to meet staff and obtain documents and information
- Maintain HMCTS contract compliance in areas such as PPM, CW, Asset Capture and Service Variation
- Work closely with on-site engineers and technical teams
- Review sites as agreed with the client’s hard services lead and external audit team
- Maintain Equans site logbooks; replenish paperwork, replace damaged folders, and archive old documentation
- Review internal specialist audits against the TCA supplied by AEs
- Ensure specialist work scope is completed in line with contractual guidelines and maintenance specifications; manage issues to resolution
- Review plants and plant rooms during audits and provide detailed reports with timely issue resolution
- Record unsafe acts and near misses in Aims where necessary
- Record on Aims a minimum of one MSV (Management Safety Visit) per month with one observation per MSV
- Collaborate with Technical Manager and National Compliance Manager to improve technical compliance across Stat M1, M2 and M4 KPIs
- Comply with applicable standards, policies, procedures, safety procedures, and maintenance/new works
- Ensure all record-keeping functions are completed; highlight issues to operations and projects teams as needed
- Ensure work is carried out to high standards of workmanship and safety
- Understand escalation procedures

Who are we looking for?
- Experience in a similar role/environment
- Good knowledge of M&E equipment
- Full clean driving licence
- Computer literacy with MS Office
- Ability to work on your own initiative
- Knowledge of SHEQ procedures, risk assessments, work permits, etc.
