We require a Compliance Auditor, reporting to the Compliance Monitoring Manager as appropriate and responsible for:
- Planning and conducting audits, including liaising with the Auditee prior to the audit.
- Holding opening and closing meetings, as required.
- The identification and recording of any non-conformity or observations and the evidence necessary to substantiate such findings.
- Establishment of the seriousness of any findings and any need for immediate corrective action, in conjunction with the Compliance Monitoring Manager.
- Compiling audit reports for review by the Compliance Monitoring Manager and updating of the Compliance Database
- Ensuring the audit is completed within the allotted timeframe
- Identifying required changes to audit checklists and bringing them to the attention of the Compliance Monitoring Officer or Compliance Monitoring Manager
- Liaise regularly with the Compliance Monitoring Officer
- Liaise with customers, UK CAA and other Regulatory Authorities and external bodies as may be appropriate on matters relating to the CMS
- Contribute to safety publications, promotional materials and campaigns / initiatives.
- Promote the Compliance Monitoring System throughout the company.
- Represent Titan Airways Safety and Compliance Department with the Regulatory Authority and attend industry seminars and conferences.
- Any other tasks as required by the Compliance Monitoring Manager.
Required qualifications and experience
- Minimum of 2 years experience in the Aviation Industry.
- Demonstrable experience of conducting audits.
- Completed a formal auditors course acceptable to the CMM.
- Completed a formal Root Cause Analysis course acceptable to the CMM
- Familiarity with safety management systems
- Familiarity with regulations applicable to the scope of approval
- Ability to live/work in the UK, however workplace sponsorship may be available for this role
This is a Monday - Friday office role, with some flexibility required due to the nature of the operations. Hybrid options will be considered for the right candidate.
