Main duties of the job

We have a new and exciting opportunity for you to join us as a Compliance Lead. Working remotely, but with extensive travel to our services/divisions.This role will be responsible for conducting internal mock inspections and audits, ensuring that the standards set out by the Care Quality Commission (CQC) are achieved and met, providing mock inspection reports and ensuring services/divisions are inspection ready to achieve a Good or Outstanding.*** Experience within the domiciliary care/case management setting is advantageous ***
