Job Description:

Bramwith Consulting is seeking a Confectionary Procurement Category Manager to join a leading Food & Beverages / FMCG firm experiencing rapid growth. The role involves developing category strategies, managing spend on confectionery, snacks, nuts, chocolates, and healthy products, and driving value, sustainability, and innovation.

The position offers up to £65,000 + 20% bonus, with a hybrid working model based in Central London or Surrey. The ideal candidate will have strong procurement experience in food & beverages, excellent negotiation skills, and the ability to influence stakeholders.

Responsibilities include:

1. Create and implement category strategies to foster growth and margins.
2. Build and maintain relationships with stakeholders and suppliers to achieve cost savings and innovation.
3. Manage supplier performance and contracts to maximize savings and client retention.

Requirements:

1. Proven procurement experience in Food & Beverages sectors such as retail, hospitality, or FMCG.
2. Strong negotiation and stakeholder engagement skills.
3. Experience in category or account management.
