Part-time, equity-based co-founder role (transitioning to paid)
We are an early-stage UK-based smart energy storage company preparing for launch, with an ambition to disrupt the residential energy storage market through AI-driven optimisation and deep integration with solar and home energy systems.
We are looking for a Sales & Partnership Director to help drive our go-to-market efforts. This role will be focused on building strategic partnerships with solar and renewable energy installers and forging commercial relationships with companies seeking to collaborate with an energy storage provider.
Your success will be determined by your ability to secure contracts to ship units of our energy storage system — whether through your solar installer network or by creating high-value partnerships with companies in the energy ecosystem.
We are also on the verge of closing a £500k seed round, which will enable us to transition this role from equity-only part-time to a paid part-time or full-time position within 6 months.

Key Responsibilities:- Develop and execute a partnership-led go-to-market strategy.
- Leverage your network of installers to secure agreements and drive product sales.
- Build partnerships with companies seeking to integrate energy storage into their offerings.
- Negotiate terms and develop lasting relationships with key industry players.
- Work alongside the founding team to shape commercial strategy and growth.
- Proven sales or partnership experience in the solar, energy storage, or renewable energy sector.
- Strong contacts in the installer community – candidates who can demonstrate this will be at an advantage.
- Commercially minded, entrepreneurial, and eager to play a central role in a high-growth startup.
While our immediate focus is on the UK market, we also have ambitious plans to expand into Europe and Africa, where we will adopt alternative commercial models to make energy storage accessible to wider markets.
- Equity-based co-founder role (part-time initially, with vesting structure).
