The Warwickshire Connect to Work Programme funded by the Department for Work and Pensions and is expected to run initially for 2 years.

Working with the programme team, participants will be supported to overcome barriers and move forward in a journey to gain and sustain employment.

The programme is due to offer a range of roles, calling for individuals with specific IPS, mental health and employment support experience, Individuals must have the vision to work holistically with every person they support.
