A top-rated commercial law firm in the North East is looking to recruit a Construction & Engineering Solicitor or Associate with 3+ years’ PQE to join their dynamic, non-contentious construction team.

The Role

You’ll advise a broad client base — including developers, funders, contractors, and consultants — on a wide range of matters. Work includes NEC and JCT contracts, professional appointments, collateral warranties, and related construction documents.

What’s Needed

• At least 3 years’ post-qualification experience in non-contentious construction Strong technical ability and commercial awareness Confident handling client relationships and mentoring junior lawyers Interest in business development
