Exciting Construction Manager opportunity in Central London for a specialist super prime residential joinery contractor.

About the role of Construction Manager:

Working on super prime high residential fit out projects valued £400k - £4 million, with a focus on CAT A, CAT B, joinery and fit out.

Responsibilities for Construction Manager:

• Acting as No.1 on site working on projects from pre-con to hand over
• Deliver projects on time, on budget and within client expectations
• Day to day Client interaction
• Ensuring programme is met

Requirements for Construction Manager:

• Experience working on commercial and residential fit out projects
• Experience working as a Project Manager on projects valued up to £4 million
• CAT A, CAT B and joinery experience
