Non-Contentious Construction Solicitor – Edinburgh (Assignment 13888)

• Advise on drafting and negotiating construction contracts and related project documents.
• Role suited to Senior Associates through to entry-level Partners with 5+ years’ PQE.
• Business development experience or client following required at Partner level.

Litigation/Contentious-Construction – Edinburgh/Glasgow (Assignment 11987)

• Handle a broad range of construction-related disputes including mediation, litigation, and arbitration.
• Open to 2–7 years’ PQE, with construction litigation or related dispute resolution experience.
• Opportunity for long-term career progression in a top-tier firm.

Non-Contentious Construction (Renewable Energy Specialist) – Edinburgh (Assignment 17240)

• Work on major Net Zero and clean energy infrastructure projects across the UK.
• Requires 3+ years’ experience in construction law with energy sector focus.

• Advise on non-contentious construction for large-scale developments and infrastructure projects.
• 7+ years’ PQE with responsibility for client relations, drafting, procurement strategy, and BD.

• 3–5 years’ PQE with construction or commercial law experience and an interest in specialising.

Partner/Legal Director, Construction (Non-Contentious) – Edinburgh/Glasgow (Assignment 16578)

• Lead a team advising on major non-contentious construction and regeneration projects.
• Minimum 7 years’ PQE with strong expertise in construction law; a following is desirable.
• Leadership role in a top UK firm with Edinburgh or Glasgow as base location.
