Job Overview:

We are seeking a highly experienced Strategy Consultant with a strong background in the airline industry, ideally within the low-cost carrier segment, to support the refinement of corporate strategy. This role involves working closely with senior stakeholders to review and optimise business models, market positioning, and cost structures on a project basis.

Key Responsibilities:

· Review existing corporate strategy and identify opportunities to enhance commercial performance, operational efficiency, and competitive positioning for a low-cost airline.

· Conduct market research, competitor benchmarking, and internal data analysis to support evidence-based recommendations.

· Translate insights into clear, structured strategy documents and presentations for senior management and board-level review.

· Collaborate with leadership teams to align strategic direction with long-term business goals, growth ambitions, and current market realities.

· Refine and help articulate value propositions, fleet and network strategy, and cost-optimisation initiatives.

· Support scenario planning and risk analysis tied to external market shifts, regulatory changes, or consumer trends.

Required Skills & Experience:

· Proven experience in corporate strategy, management consulting, or strategic planning within the airline industry.

· Strong understanding of low-cost carrier economics, market dynamics, pricing structures, and operational models.

· Demonstrated ability to develop and refine strategic frameworks, and deliver clear, actionable insights.

· Excellent analytical, writing, and presentation skills, with the ability to influence executive stakeholders.

· Self-driven, deadline-focused, and comfortable working independently in a fast-paced, project-based setting.
